No dress code; sunhat and sunscreen for day sessions on the uncovered stands. Typical cost ranges from 200 to 1200 EUR per person.

A clay-court ATP 250 at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club, known locally as the Cathedral of Argentine tennis and home to the sport since 1892. The crowd sings, drums and chants in the manner of a football match, which makes it one of the loudest small tournaments anywhere. It is the centrepiece of the South American Golden Swing and a natural add-on to a Buenos Aires trip.

How to attend
Open to the public. Tickets sell through the tournament's official site and Argentine ticketing platforms, usually opening a few weeks before play, and remain cheap by international standards. The stadium is intimate so even general admission is close to the court; evening matches draw the noisiest crowds. The club sits in Palermo, a short taxi or Subte ride from the centre.
Tickets for the 2027 tournament are not on sale yet - the organisers release them through Ticketek Argentina only a few weeks before play, and that page currently lists no events.
Insider tip
The club is in Palermo, walking distance from the Recoleta and Palermo restaurant districts, so you can watch an evening match and still make a 10pm dinner reservation like a local.
