Alfred Dunhill Championship, Malelane, South Africa, Nov 26 - 29, 2026 (to be confirmed)

A DP World Tour event at Leopard Creek Country Club on the southern boundary of Kruger National Park, where the Crocodile River separates several holes from open bush. Wildlife on and around the course is routine rather than remarkable, and the Gary Player design is a genuinely serious test rather than a novelty. It is the most extraordinary setting on the European tour calendar.

How to attend

Tickets are inexpensive and sold through the event and DP World Tour channels, usually released only weeks ahead. Fly into Kruger Mpumalanga International near Nelspruit and drive an hour to Malelane, which doubles as a Kruger gateway. Lodge accommodation in and around Malelane is limited and books out for tournament week, so secure it well before tickets go on sale.

There is no standalone tournament site and no booking page is live yet - tickets for Malelane are released through the tour's channels only a few weeks before play.

Insider tip

Leopard Creek's 13th green overlooks the Crocodile River and the Kruger boundary - hippos and elephants regularly appear behind the putting surface, so bring binoculars and treat the back nine as a game drive with golf attached.
