Formula 1 under floodlights at the Lusail International Circuit outside Doha, a fast, flowing layout originally built for MotoGP that punishes tyres hard. As a late-season fixture it regularly carries championship stakes, and the race weekend is packed around concerts and hospitality. Qatar's compact scale makes it one of the easiest Grands Prix to combine with a short city break.

How to attend
Tickets run from general admission and grandstands to premium hospitality, frequently sold with concert access included, and are handled through Formula 1 now that the race has no site of its own. Fully open to the public. Fly into Hamad International; the Doha metro plus a short taxi reaches Lusail. Book November hotels early, as the late-season Gulf races compress demand across the region.
Insider tip
Doha is small enough to do properly around the race - the metro runs late, Souq Waqif is 20 minutes from the circuit, and hotel rates are far more reasonable than Abu Dhabi in the same stretch of the calendar.
