The 96th Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d'Alba is the definitive celebration of the white truffle, running weekends through autumn at the Palazzo Mostre e Congressi with the World Truffle Market, sensory analysis sessions, cooking shows and Barolo pairings.
