Frieze London
Frieze London takes place Oct 14 - 18, 2026 in London, England. The dress code is Fashion-forward and deliberately understated - tailored black, architectural coats, good trainers. The Regent's Park tent sits on wet grass in October, so shoes matter. Typical cost ranges from 400 to 2000 EUR per person.

A purpose-built tent in The Regent's Park housing well over a hundred contemporary galleries from around the world, running since 2003. It anchors the week the entire London art trade moves at once - Frieze Masters, the auction house evening sales and gallery openings across Mayfair and the East End all cluster around it.

How to attend
Tickets are sold at frieze.com, usually opening in summer, with timed public entry from roughly GBP 45 and combined Frieze London plus Frieze Masters tickets available. The first two days are invitation-only previews controlled by the exhibiting galleries, so a relationship with a dealer showing at the fair is the practical way in. Sunday afternoon is the quietest session and by far the best time to actually look at the work.
Insider tip
Frieze Masters runs simultaneously a short walk north in the same park and is a calmer, better-hung fair - your Frieze London ticket does not cover it, but the combined ticket costs barely more.
