Slow Food's flagship biennial brings thousands of small-scale farmers, herders and cooks from around the world to champion good, clean and fair food - and the 2026 edition, marking 40 years of Slow Food Italy, moves into Turin's most iconic central squares: Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello and Via Roma. It is a vast open-air tasting market wrapped around serious food-politics forums.
