How to attend
Wander the free Town Square hub in central Adelaide at will, or book ticketed dinners, masterclasses and regional events at tastingaustralia.com.au when the program is released early in the year. Regional events require a car or tour booking. Popular chef collaborations sell out, so buy early; all events are open to the public.
The official programme still lists 2026 events; nothing for the 2027 festival is on sale yet.
Insider tip
Split your time: two days at the free Town Square hub in the city, then hire a car for the Barossa and Adelaide Hills producer events, which are where the festival's real magic happens.
