Since 1994 the Engadin's grand hotels have hosted international guest chefs for a week of collaborative dinners, tastings and galas - and from 2026 the festival moves from winter to late August for the first time, with new summer formats. The line-up stays top-tier, with Michelin-starred guests cooking alongside resident hotel kitchens. It is St. Moritz at its most social outside the ski season.

Open to the public - no membership needed - but plan lodging early as the Engadin fills.
