How to attend
Weekday and early-round matches are open to spectators for a nominal charge and are often free, which is the insider route. Final day tickets are sold through the Guards Polo Club website from the spring, with grandstand and lawn admission typically between 40 and 80 euros and Cartier or club hospitality packages running to several hundred per head. Club membership brings guest privileges and better parking but is not required to attend the final.
Nothing is on sale now - earlier rounds are watched for a nominal charge at the gate, and final day tickets are released by Guards Polo Club nearer the time.
Insider tip
The earlier rounds are played on the outside grounds on weekdays for almost nothing, with the same ten-goal professionals on the field - go twice, once for the polo and once for the final's spectacle.
