A long-running open-air festival at Sai Van Lake Square with themed food streets spanning Chinese, Asian, European and Macanese cuisines, plus a dessert street and beer plaza under the Macau Tower. Free to enter and running late into the night for around 17 days, it is the most relaxed way to taste Macau's unique Portuguese-Chinese fusion heritage.

How to attend

Entry is free and open to all - arrive at Sai Van Lake Square from late afternoon (roughly 4pm - 11pm weekdays, later on weekends) and pay per dish at the booths. Reach Macau by ferry from Hong Kong or via the HK - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge, then taxi or festival shuttle to Sai Van. Note it overlaps the Macau Grand Prix period, so book beds early.

Entry is free with no ticket - you arrive at Sai Van Lake Square and pay per dish at the booths.

Come for the Macanese stalls - minchi, African chicken and serradura are the Portuguese-Chinese fusion dishes you cannot get anywhere else, and they cost pocket change here.
