How to attend
Day tickets and the limited Garden Party package are sold in advance at chantillyartsetelegance.com; the Garden Party sells out first. The event is open to the ticketed public, runs roughly 9am to 6pm at the Domaine du Chateau de Chantilly about 50km north of Paris, and is reached by train to Chantilly-Gouvieux plus a shuttle. Entering a car is by curated invitation and application only.
Insider tip
Take the train from Gare du Nord to Chantilly-Gouvieux rather than driving - the estate car parks gridlock at the 6pm close, and the manufacturer concept-car lawn empties out by mid-afternoon anyway.
