Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX), Abu Dhabi, UAE, Aug 28 - Sep 6, 2026

The Gulf's largest falconry, hunting and equestrian exhibition, running ten days across the ADNEC halls in Abu Dhabi. Live falcon displays, saluki presentations, Arabian horse pavilions and a substantial market for hunting equipment, bespoke saddlery, weapons, art and desert kit share the floor with conservation and heritage programming. It draws collectors, breeders and royal stables, and functions as much as a marketplace and social gathering as an exhibition.

How to attend

Day tickets are inexpensive and sold online through the official ADIHEX site and Virgin Megastore's ticketing platform, or at the door. Open to the public, with halls typically running 10am to 10pm. Allow a full day to cover the falconry, equestrian and heritage sections plus the auctions. Because everything is indoors and air-conditioned, the extreme late-summer heat is not a factor once you are inside.

Insider tip

The falconry auctions and the saluki displays draw the most serious money and the best people-watching - go on a weekday morning when the halls are calm enough to actually talk to breeders.
