How to attend
Daily and weekly tickets are sold through the USGA site once the host course is confirmed, usually six to nine months ahead. Juniors are often admitted free with a ticketed adult. Weekday practice and qualifying rounds are cheaper and considerably less crowded than the weekend, and the venue rotates nationally so confirm before booking travel.
The 2027 host course has not been announced and nothing is on sale; the USGA normally opens ticket sales six to nine months before the championship.

USGA setups mean the winning score is often near or over par, so the shot values on the closing holes are worth more than following the leader - park yourself at a hard par 4 in the final two hours and watch the field come apart.
