Buy general-admission tickets via TicketCo through the racecourse site or simply pay on the gate. Entry is inexpensive, typically the equivalent of EUR 15 - 25, with restaurant and enclosure packages higher and worth booking ahead. Fully open to the public and family-friendly. Ovrevoll is a short train or bus ride from central Oslo via Jar or Lysaker, then a signposted walk.

Ovrevoll is set in woodland in Baerum and is genuinely small - stand at the rail by the paddock and you will be closer to the horses than at any major European racecourse.
