Japan's largest outdoor music festival, held among the forests, rivers and gondola-linked stages of the Naeba ski resort in Niigata. It is renowned for a spectacular mountain setting, famously courteous crowds and an eclectic global lineup, with boardwalk trails connecting stages hidden deep in the woods.

Camping add-ons and resort lodging book out fast. 2027 dates were not yet announced as of mid-2026 but the festival traditionally runs the last full weekend of July.
