Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival, Copenhagen, Denmark, Aug 21 - 30, 2026

One of Northern Europe's biggest food festivals spreads across the Danish capital for ten late-August days: harbourside feasts, chef pop-ups, producer markets and new-Nordic tasting events staged by the city's restaurants. It is the most relaxed way to sample the ecosystem that produced Noma and the new-Nordic movement. Many events are free to wander; the special dinners are the collector's items.
