Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique
Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique takes place Jan 27 - Feb 3, 2027 in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The dress code is Serious winter kit: insulated layers, waterproof boots with real grip or crampons for ice, hat and gloves. Nothing formal is required anywhere. Typical cost ranges from 300 to 1500 EUR per person.

A winter regularity rally for classic cars of models that contested the original Monte Carlo Rally, converging on Monaco from several European start cities before tackling snow and ice special stages in the Alpes-Maritimes. It rewards navigation and consistency rather than outright speed, and finishes with a night loop that includes the Col de Turini. Watching from the mountain roads is free and genuinely dramatic.

Insider tip
The Col de Turini night stage is the classic vantage point, but the road above Sospel is unlit, narrow and freezing - park before dark, bring a thermos and proper boot grip, or you will not get back down safely.
