Grand Prix Hassan II, Marrakech, Morocco, Late Mar to early Apr 2027, dates to be confirmed (2026 edition ran Mar 30 - Apr 5)

The ATP Tour's flagship event on the African continent, a clay-court 250 at the Royal Tennis Club de Marrakech among palm groves with the snow-topped Atlas range on the horizon. The 2026 edition was the 40th. Small crowds, low prices and a genuinely exotic setting make it a distinctive week that pairs naturally with a medina stay.

How to attend

Open to the public. Tickets sell through the official site or on the gate at the club, and grounds admission is very inexpensive. The club is a short taxi ride from the medina, so most visitors stay in a riad and treat the tennis as one part of a Marrakech trip alongside the souks and Atlas day trips. Confirm 2027 dates with the organisers, as the calendar slot moves.

There is no online ticket sale at all - the official site has no ticketing section, and entry is bought at the club gate on the day or arranged by phone with the organisers.

Insider tip

Ground admission is among the cheapest on the ATP Tour, so this is one of the few places you can watch professional tennis under palm trees with the Atlas Mountains behind the court for the price of a coffee in Monaco.
